In-Store Return Policy

Bokoo Bikes Return Policy.

No returns on bicycles. Bicycles may be exchanged within 14 days and must be in new, unridden condition.

7 day return/30 day exchange:

Under most circumstances, we accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase and exchanges within 30 days. Please review the exceptions below:

7 day exchange or in-store credit and a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to:

-closeout items
-demo products
-special orders

Can only be exchanged with a managers approval.

Non returnable items include:

Bicycles; Labor and or installation services; consumable items such as gift certificates/cards; in-store credit memos, energy food and drink; items that have been damaged, used, or abused; all merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) and or packaging; defective DVD or VHS videos - EXCHANGED FOR IDENTICAL PRODUCTS ONLY;

Return and Exchange Requirements.

Your original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, price matches, and warranty repair services. All returns and price adjustments must be made in the store of original purchase. For cash purchases over $50 and all check purchases, a check will be issued from our corporate office within 14 days of the return. Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g. buy bike, get free kickstand; buy bike, get free gift certificate; or buy bike, get half off helmet) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.

Bokoo Bikes may, at a managers discretion, offer an in-store credit in place of a refund or exchanges. In-store credit may be used at a later date. Store credits will not expire and continue to hold the same value, unless redeemed. Bokoo Bikes is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
